When you request an estimate, we collect the name, phone number or email, location, service, project details, and any photos or videos you attach. We use this information to respond, discuss your project, and arrange service. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

Storage and access

Requests and their attachments are stored with our website hosting provider and are available through a restricted owner inbox. We use FormSubmit to email inquiry details to our business inbox. Attachments stay in restricted website storage; notification emails include an owner-only link to view them. FormSubmit may retain submission details for up to 30 days. Unsubmitted uploads are removed after 24 hours during routine form activity. Service providers that host the website or deliver notifications may process this information to provide those services. We do not sell your inquiry details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Spam prevention and cookies

The estimate and review forms use a temporary security cookie and short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit automated submissions. This site does not currently include advertising pixels or analytics tracking. The hosting provider may process technical connection information to operate and protect the service. Signing in to the owner inbox or photo manager uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies.

Project photos

Photos added by the business owner are stored by our hosting provider and displayed in the project gallery. Uploaded photos are resized before saving, which also removes embedded location metadata. Contact us to request removal of a photo of your property.

Customer reviews and attachments

When you submit a review, we store your display name, email, rating, optional comment, and any attached photos or videos. Your email is available only to the owner. By confirming permission in the form, you allow your display name, rating, comment, and attached files to appear publicly after moderation. Submitted reviews are checked for relevance, privacy, and spam. Media remain private until the review is published and become unavailable to visitors if it is hidden. Original files may contain embedded metadata; remove sensitive details before uploading. Unsubmitted review uploads are removed after 24 hours during routine form activity. Contact us to request correction or removal of your review or media.
